The goal of this program is to give back to our community–to offer practical psycho-educational topics and resources to our local community. Dr. Kuna and guests discuss issues in psychology, health, and wellness–with particular attention to offering practical insights on improving and the maintaining mental, physical and spiritual health to the listening community.
