
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Yes! We participate with most major insurances--you can find a short list on our contact page.
Please feel free to contact our Case Manager, JoEllen at CseMgr@jgkpsydassoc.onmicrosoft.com, or call (570) 961-3361 if you have any questions regarding insurance coverage (copays, deductibles, prior authorizations).
A sliding scale payment is also available for your care if we can't take your insurance.
IS THERAPY CONFIDENTIAL?
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our therapists are bound by a code of ethics to maintain your confidentiality. This means that what is said in sessions between you and your therapist is legally protected and will not be revealed to anyone without your consent. Your permission is required before we will release any information to outside professionals, primary care physicians, schools, or insurance companies. Your therapist will explain more about confidentiality in your initial visit.
WHAT IS THE OFFICE LIKE?
We strive to provide a professional yet warm environment. All of our 12 locations are newly decorated, are accessible by bus, have ample and free parking, and free WiFi available at select locations.
