I have an extensive background in somatic interventions based on my 20 years of experience as a nationally certified massage therapist. I help clients connect to body and self through deepening awareness skills. I encourage connection to support systems, resources, and community. I tap into strengths, values, and personal growth points and focus on evoking unyielding curiosity about the deeper self-related to behaviors, emotions, thought patterns, and the unique messages from the body.

I join alongside my clients in their journey to overcome life roadblocks, past traumas, and personal challenges & transitions using cognitive, behavioral, somatic, and mindfulness approaches.
