Allison Noone

Hi, I’m Allie and I am a licensed social worker (LSW). I received my master’s in social work from Marywood University and undergraduate degree in psychology from York College of Pennsylvania. I strongly believe that no one is a better expert in their own lives than themselves- even when some situations lack clarity. Therefore, one of my primary objectives when working with clients is to aid the process of self-discovery and enhance self-awareness. As an LSW, I strive to provide a confidential and safe place where, together, we can work to improve personal insight and establish consistent coping skills that can be utilized in real life situations.

I have experience working with adolescents and adults who have been touched by addiction, family conflict, trauma, abuse, loss, depression, anxiety and other mood disorders. I utilize an eclectic approach, blending skills of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and a strengths-based approach.
