Seeking support for your mental health can be very difficult, and I applaud you for taking steps to prioritize your wellness. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space while I walk with you on your journey to becoming your best self. I have a firm belief that we begin to heal the moment we feel seen, heard, and understood.

I received my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Counseling from The University of Scranton. I have experience working in many different settings with adults, teens, children, and toddlers, and have unique experience working with trauma, and with children and families with complex disabilities and medical needs.

I take an integrated approach to therapy, and am a naturally person-centered and empowering therapist. I welcome all persons of all ages, abilities races, ethnicities, religious backgrounds, sexualities, and identities. I am fluent in both English and American Sign Language, and hold certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Anxiety and Stress Management.
