Linda Strain
Linda Strain, LPC, has been a therapist for close to 40 years. She received a MA in Counseling from Marywood University, Scranton, Pa and also a MS in Christian Counseling from Cairn University, Langhorne, Pa. For 30 years, Linda counseled at 2 Christian Colleges working with college and graduate students, faculty and staff. She also has been Director of Counseling on staff at a church in the NEPA area. Linda has asked the question, “How does ones faith intersect with the pain and stresses of life?” What does one have to do with the other? Linda currently works with adults who are facing the very real struggles from anxiety, depression, emotional and sexual abuse, self-esteem, codependency, grief and loss, anger and conflict management, marital and parenting issues. Her therapy is psycho-dynamic, and cognitive behavioral in emphasis. She believes there is hope beyond the pain and disappointments of life. She currently sees client exclusively via telehealth.
