Maddy is a third-year doctoral trainee at La Salle University, passionate about helping individuals achieve recovery in a way that feels tailored to their unique needs. She believes that healing is possible for anyone when supported by a treatment team that truly fits. Maddy approaches therapy from a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) orientation, emphasizing empowerment through practical skills that anyone can use to build a life worth living. She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients identify self-imposed limitations and develop more effective ways of thinking and coping. Maddy specializes in working with individuals navigating the challenges of bipolar disorder, psychosis, and schizophrenia. She recognizes that everyone has needs, and therapy can be a space to explore how to meet those needs more effectively while honoring your personal experiences. Believing deeply in the power of community and connection to foster healing, Maddy strives to create a warm, collaborative space where her clients feel supported and understood. She looks forward to meeting you in session and partnering with you on your journey toward wellness!
