My approach to therapy begins with creating a space that is a place of growth, exploration, and trust. I am passionate about building strong therapeutic relationships, as I believe this relationship is the key towards lasting change. I am committed to fostering an atmosphere that allows clients to examine their feelings, adjust negative patterns, and process challenges to better their mental health and daily functioning.

I am currently in the Doctoral of Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) program at Chestnut Hill College. I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and my B.S. in Psychology and Cognitive Studies from Tulane University in New Orleans. I have been trained in Dynamic and Systems Therapies. I integrate these with Humanistic and Strengths-Based approaches to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. I am currently working towards my certification in Prolonged Exposure Therapy for trauma, a short term treatment for severe symptoms of PTSD.

Anxiety, depression, familial issues, and life changes are areas that we can work on together. I am also interested in working with people who have experienced personal trauma, violence, or are survivors of crime. I also have experience working with neurodivergent children. I look forward to meeting you and sharing in your journey to wellness
