Renee Trombley

Renee is a licensed professional counselor and earned a masters degree in counseling psychology from Boston College. She has over 10 years of experience working with with substance abuse/dependency concerns, trauma/PTSD, bipolor disorder, depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders with teens, adults, and couples. Her primary treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy- therapy focuses mostly on restructuring unhealthy/irrational thought processes that contribute to difficulty with mood, relationships, and overall wellness. Her goal is to create a safe therapeutic space for self exploration and growth.
